Yipinneng Reactive Adhesive Series Waterproofing Membrane is a series of high-performance waterproofing membranes composed of CPS reactive adhesive strong glue and a skin-core structured reinforcement as the foundational functional materials. It is primarily divided into wet-laid and pre-laid products.
The Yipinneng series waterproofing membrane is an upgraded product of the nationally double-awarded CPS reactive adhesive wet-laid waterproofing membrane. It inherits the technical characteristics of West Leather’s exclusive patented CPS reactive adhesive technology and further enhances the adhesive modification technology, significantly improving the adhesive’s bonding strength. This achieves a “bidirectional growth-type bonding” of the reactive adhesive strong glue, allowing the adhesive to fuse and bond with both the reinforcement layer and the concrete substrate, resulting in stronger and more stable adhesion. The reinforcement layer adopts a skin-core structure thermally cross-linked polymer reinforcement, with uniform “skin” and “core” layers that mutually envelop each other, jointly bearing and dispersing stress. This ensures no voids, bulging, warping, or cracking during engineering applications, providing higher strength, elongation, and superior fatigue deformation resistance.
Wet-Laid Products:
These are applied using the wet-laid method, suitable for damp, humid, and uneven substrates. They ensure full adhesion and sealing, meeting the timeline requirements of construction sites. The application process releases no toxic gases, involves no open flames, and poses no safety risks.
Pre-Laid Products:
Composed of flexible sheet materials and an on-site cured pre-laid protective bonding layer, these products utilize a combination of flexible and rigid protection technologies. They integrate the waterproofing layer with the protective layer, providing robust rigid protection to avoid damage to the waterproofing layer during subsequent construction, thereby significantly extending its lifespan.
