Zhuofang Off-Road Lightweight Drill Rig
The Zhuofang off-road lightweight drill rig uses a diesel engine as the driving power, employs a full gear transmission system instead of a hydraulic system, and utilizes wireline coring technology for rotary drilling. The drill rig consists of a small number of assembly components, mainly including the diesel engine, gear transmission system, and drilling tools. It features simple operation, easy portability, and quick assembly. Additionally, the drill rig enables automatic rod handling, allowing drilling to commence without opening the drill head, achieving fully automated drilling operations. The off-road lightweight drill rig has a maximum drilling depth of 80–100 meters. Its characteristics include high efficiency, portability, ease of transport, minimal disassembly, and a fully mechanical gear-driven system, enabling large-diameter (Ø80–150 mm) and high-power deep drilling. The off-road lightweight drill rig consists of three main parts: (1) gear transmission system under clutch control; (2) winch system (embedded within the transmission system); (3) diesel engine; (4) screw-type mud pump.

Drill Rig Performance and Key Features:
The drill rig has few equipment modules and requires minimal disassembly, consisting of only three main parts. The diesel engine weighs 95 kg, the heaviest component being the gear transmission system at 76 kg, and the screw-type mud pump weighs 7 kg. It does not require a derrick; instead, it uses only a mast made of thick-walled seamless steel pipe, measuring 6 meters in height and weighing 70 kg.
