KT-CSS series high-toughness water-resistant modified epoxy resin

1 / 1
  • Description

It is primarily used for irregular cracks, construction joints, deformation joints, and other areas of water leakage within the main structure of underground engineering. The material offers resistance to salt and alkali, frost heave, cracking, non-sagging properties, low-temperature curing, and adjustable curing time. It can be applied in water, on damp surfaces, and against water flow. With low viscosity and high permeability, it can penetrate cracks as fine as 0.1–0.2 mm. It is solvent-free, non-shrinking, has a solid content of over 95%, and an elongation rate exceeding 25%. The cured strength exceeds C90, with a water-resistant bonding strength of 3.0 MPa and a bonding strength on damp substrates of 3.5 MPa. The material is composed of modified epoxy resin, additives, and curing agents, offering excellent bonding performance and mechanical strength. It exhibits outstanding bonding performance in humid environments, along with resistance to aging and corrosion. The formulation contains no toxic or harmful substances such as benzene, aldehydes, or organic solvents.
