SF-CPS Self-Fusion Special Functional Protective Membrane consists of a weather-resistant PVDF fluorocarbon composite film surface material, a composite butyl rubber elastic adhesive sealing layer, and a polymer isolation protective film, with a thickness of 0.6 mm (which can be reduced to as thin as 0.4 mm).
The product can be sealed and fused with the metal surfaces of structures, forming an integrated protective layer. It effectively blocks the penetration of water, moisture, oxygen, acids, alkalis, salts, and other corrosive media, creating a sealed protective membrane on metal structural surfaces. It achieves three primary functions: prevention (leakage and rust prevention), reduction (temperature and noise reduction), and durability (weather resistance and longevity). This prevents water leakage and rust on metal surfaces, while also reflecting solar heat to some extent and reducing noise caused by wind and rain, thereby enhancing the durability of structures.
