It is primarily used for water-filled cavities outside the main structure of underground engineering, fractured rock fissure water, broken surrounding rock fracture zones, and backfilled permeable soil layers. It is suitable for consolidation grouting and curtain grouting, serving as an alternative to traditional cement-sodium silicate grouting materials. Its durability is essentially comparable to concrete and superior to chemical grouts, offering higher cost-effectiveness. The material maintains its strength over time without degradation and exhibits a certain elastic modulus after curing (≥40 GPa). It is ideal for sealing and reinforcing various mining fissures, addressing mud boils and water leakage in structural slabs, rapid backfilling and sealing of massive water inflows behind structural walls, grouting for leakage control behind walls in traffic tunnels under vibration and load disturbances, as well as grouting reinforcement and leakage sealing behind shield tunnel walls. The material demonstrates excellent durability, with a curing time of 40 minutes and initial setting within 20–30 minutes (adjustable to 5–10 minutes). It features high strength, rapid curing, resistance to hydrolysis, and outstanding durability. The grout exhibits anti-dispersion and anti-scour properties in water, along with early setting, early strength, no shrinkage, and micro-expansion (expansion rate adjustable between 0% and 3%). The curing time can be adjusted on-site using accelerators, with normal curing times ranging from 30 to 50 minutes (adjustable to 5 minutes for rapid water sealing). It is characterized by no shrinkage, micro-expansion, no bleeding, self-leveling, self-compacting, and compatibility with other materials. The curing time is adjustable, and the material is highly workable. The grout achieves a strength of C5 or higher within 2 hours of setting, making it suitable for emergency repair and rescue projects. It resists dispersion in water, remaining insoluble and stable when dripped into clear water after preparation, ensuring consistent performance. The material is ideal for rapid sealing and reinforcement, with excellent durability. After curing, it achieves an impermeability rating of P20 or higher, along with resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, corrosion, and temperatures up to 500°C.
