(referred to as “High-speed Rail City Development”), restructured and established on April 20, 2021, was formerly known as Suzhou High-speed Rail New City Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 3 billion yuan, the company oversees nearly 20 wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries, as well as equity-participated companies, and manages assets totaling over 4 billion yuan.

Aligned with the “52155” development goals set by the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Suzhou High-speed Rail New City, High-speed Rail City Development adheres to the state-controlled group’s strategic layout of “one platform, three sectors.” It is responsible for the centralized management of the urban development and construction sector under the state-controlled group, focusing on comprehensive urban development and construction tasks. By strengthening key projects, infrastructure, energy, transportation, and other core development and construction businesses, as well as promoting diversified development, the company integrates specialized resources within the sector, advances sector resource restructuring, optimizes industrial structure, and expands the breadth and depth of opening-up.
