Guangzhou Jintu Geotechnical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.

Guangzhou Jintu Geotechnical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., founded in June 2004 and located in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, specializes in the application services of the “mechanical pipe jacking and tunneling construction technology.” The company provides comprehensive pipe jacking solutions for construction projects such as underground utility tunnels, municipal pedestrian underpasses, large-section vehicular tunnels, underground space interconnections, subway connecting passages, and underground intelligent multi-level parking garages. It possesses strong innovation and research and development capabilities in complex geological conditions, super-large sections, and ultra-long distances, and holds comprehensive professional advantages in design, consulting, scientific research, construction, and equipment development. The company is committed to becoming a benchmark enterprise in the field of rectangular pipe jacking for domestic underground engineering. In December 2021, it was approved as a national high-tech enterprise.

The company has led or significantly participated in the compilation of 14 pipe jacking-related standards and holds 24 authorized invention and utility model patents. It actively undertakes various scientific research projects, including the major provincial research project in Guangdong on “rectangular pipe jacking and curved pipe curtain tunneling construction technology for subway stations in bustling urban areas,” chaired by Academician Chen Xiangsheng.

The company has undertaken over 100 pipe jacking projects spanning above subways, crossing under urban arterial roads, and navigating complex pipelines. It has completed China’s first pipe jacking project crossing an expressway, the first ultra-shallow overburden crossing of a major canal, and numerous pioneering rectangular pipe jacking projects in many cities. Representative projects include:

  • The “first underwater crossing in China” – the Suzhou Xutao Road to Hengshan Road tunnel pipe jacking project crossing under the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.

  • China’s most challenging and high-risk pipe jacking project – the Suzhou Chenglu Road utility tunnel ultra-long-distance, large-section pipe jacking project.

  • The Shenzhen Huawei extra-large-section underground passage pipe jacking project in granite boulder strata.

  • The Nanjing Lingshan North Road project, which involved twin four-lane, parallel, ultra-close-proximity, shallow-overburden pipe jacking crossing under the Ming Dynasty city wall ruins.
